Connect brokers from Saved Systems

Connect a broker directly from an unlinked saved system.

Saved Systems rows now surface a connection action when a system has no live source. The broker flow opens with that system as its destination, preserving context from selection through authorization.

After setup, new broker trades can flow into the system without a second linking step.
