Favorite systems

Keep priority systems within reach across the app.

Favorited Saved Systems now appear in the authenticated navigation rail. Each row stays focused on the system name and opens its current lifecycle destination.

Favorites remain first under the default Saved Systems sort, so the rail and library share the same priority.
