File parser auto-detection

Map common date and return columns automatically during upload.

The upload parser recognizes common TradingView, MetaTrader, broker, and journal column patterns. It identifies date and return fields where confidence is high, then leaves uncertain mappings for the customer to confirm.

R-multiple results remain first-class throughout the analysis pipeline.
