Refer friends

Track referral progress and unlock rewards from Settings.

The Refer friends page now follows paid referrals from the first shared link through the third subscribed friend. The progress rail updates from real subscription state instead of stopping at signup.

When the third referral subscribes, Quantprove records the reward once and shows its application status alongside the completed progress.
