Quantprove and Myfxbook in detail

1. Quantprove

Best for: traders who want a verified track record people can finally trust, and more insight into their trading strategy at every step of their trading process.

Quantprove is a trading track record and strategy monitoring tool. It reads trades from the broker, checks the record every day and marks as Verified only what it confirmed. Every broker account sits on one Passport, each with its own chart and stats, and each day's record is sealed on Bitcoin.

Backtest, Validation, Monitor and a Trading Journal sit next to the Passport. Every step works from the same record.

Key features:

  • Passport: your verified track record on one page, with every broker account. Seven checks every day, each with its evidence (Funds, Owner, Record, Balance, Track record, Data and Integrity), and a seal on Bitcoin that proves nothing changed.
  • Backtest: understand your backtest before you trade it. Upload one you already ran in MT4 or MT5 Strategy Tester, TradingView or a spreadsheet. Quantprove scores the strategy out of 100, reshuffles your trades 10,000 times to show if the result could be luck, checks if it held in every period and shows the range real trading could land in, after your broker's fees.
  • Validation: compares every real trade with your backtest, after costs, and shows where they match and where they don't. It catches a backtest that only worked on paper and waits until there are enough trades to trust the answer. You decide what to do next, with proof behind you.
  • Monitor: watches every strategy 24/7 against what it normally does and alerts you when results or drawdown move outside that range. A losing week isn't always a broken system: sixteen readings, from a Health Score to edge decay, show if it's more than bad luck.
  • Journal: every trade syncs from your broker on its own, with date, pair, direction, fees and net P&L. Rules you define sort each trade under its system automatically. Set your risk once and the risk-reward, the result and the deviation from your plan are calculated on every trade, after fees. Add your own tags, notes on every trade and a new view each month.
  • Broker sync: 114 brokers, 13 exchanges and 61 prop firms, including MetaTrader 4 and 5, cTrader, Interactive Brokers and Hyperliquid.

Tradeoffs:

  • Paid: $49 a month or $444 a year after a 14-day free trial. Myfxbook's tracking and verification are free.
  • Quantprove verifies only brokers that are approved one by one, on their live servers. An account at a smaller, unknown broker syncs into the journal but can't be officially verified.
  • The Bitcoin seal only works forward: it proves nothing changed after the day you connected. Trades from before then still show, but can never be sealed on Bitcoin.
  • Quantprove analyzes your trading. It does not create strategy ideas, run backtests or place trades for you.

Overall: the stronger choice when you want verification people can trust, plus data at every step of building and running your systems, for better decisions and more proof of your trading.

2. Myfxbook

Best for: forex and CFD traders who want free account tracking, a free public page and a large trading community.

Myfxbook calls itself a social community for forex traders that connects to trading accounts. Its core service is free and paid for by ads. It reads an account with its investor password and shows its statistics, charts and monthly results.

A fully verified account can be made public, shared by private link and listed in Myfxbook's directory of verified systems. Verification has two parts: the history matches the broker's, and the person who added the account holds its master password.

Key features:

  • Public pages: public account pages and a directory of verified systems, with filters for platform and Real or Demo.
  • Account tracking: advanced statistics, monthly results, equity and drawdown charts, and reports in CSV, PDF or HTML.
  • Backtest: a free manual market replay with 20+ years of data down to one minute, for up to five symbols.
  • Journal: notes, attachments and tags on each trade.
  • Prop Shield: tracks prop-challenge rules such as daily loss, max loss and profit target, with warnings.
  • Strategy AI: builds MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisors from a description, from $25 a month.
  • Premium access: owners of verified public accounts can charge $20 to $100 a month to view them.
  • Tools: an economic calendar with email alerts, 14 forex calculators, forums, contests and mobile apps.

Tradeoffs:

  • Demo accounts can carry both verified badges, labelled Demo.
  • Its own FAQ says verified accounts "might have some inaccuracies which are out of our control".
  • Verification rests on the login details the trader gives Myfxbook, and its help pages don't say where the Real or Demo label comes from.
  • Its help pages describe no public seal of past records and don't list what verification does not prove.
  • A whole account can be deleted from Settings, and the help doesn't say what viewers see afterwards.
  • It lists no stock brokers or crypto exchanges.
  • On MetaTrader, free updates run every 2 to 4 hours. Real-time Live Update costs $60 a year per account.

Overall: a strong free choice for forex and CFD traders who want to track an account and show it in public.

Where Quantprove is better

Every Passport states that the record is drawn directly from real-money broker accounts, complete and unchanged.

1. Deeper verification

Every day Quantprove checks seven things from the broker's own data, and each check shows its evidence on the Passport:

  • Funds: real money, read from the broker.
  • Owner: the trader proves the account is theirs.
  • Record: every trade straight from the broker. Uploads never count.
  • Balance: every trade, fee and deposit must add up to the broker's balance, to the cent.
  • Track record: how long we've watched it live.
  • Data: synced every day. Grey after 48 hours without a sync.
  • Integrity: stamped on Bitcoin every day. Any later change shows.

Anything Quantprove can't confirm stays unverified.

2. Anti-cheat

Quantprove simulates attempts to break its method, and an algorithm detects them in user behavior and flags the account. Deleted accounts stay on the Passport with their trades, return and deletion date, and private accounts are counted too. Our team reviews every Passport before it is issued.

3. One verified Passport per trader

Every broker account sits on one page, each with its own chart and stats, under a passport number, a seal and the founders' signatures. Every passport carries its own QR code. Opens the live passport. No account needed. Send one link the next time someone calls your trades fake.

4. Proof anyone can check without trusting us

Each day's record is sealed on Bitcoin, which lets anyone confirm with a standard SHA-256 tool that nothing changed later, without having to trust Quantprove or the trader.

5. More markets

Quantprove connects to 114 brokers, 13 exchanges and 61 prop firms, including MetaTrader 4 and 5, cTrader, Interactive Brokers and Hyperliquid. Stocks, crypto and forex in one place.

6. More than verification

Backtest, Validation, Monitor and a Trading Journal sit next to the Passport. Quantprove compares every trade with your backtest and warns you when your strategy starts to change, with an Edge Score, a Stability Score and a Health Score behind it.

7. Coming soon: Apps, MCP and API

Build on verified data.

Where Myfxbook is better

  • Free to verify. Tracking, verification and your public page cost nothing. Some extras are paid.
  • Known since 2009. Many forex traders already know its verified badges.

Questions traders ask

Yes, but it has limits. Myfxbook matches an account's history to the broker and confirms that the person who added it controls the account. It also verifies demo accounts, labelled Demo, its own FAQ says verified accounts might have some inaccuracies, and it publishes no seal that shows the record was not changed later.

Yes. Myfxbook can give both verified badges to a demo account and labels it Demo. On Quantprove, demo and prop-firm accounts are never verified as real money.

Faking one is very hard by design, and we work to keep it that way. A Passport reads every trade from the broker, never from uploads or screenshots, the balance has to match the broker to the cent every day, and each day is sealed on Bitcoin. Quantprove also simulates attempts to break its method, flags accounts that behave like them, and our team reviews every Passport before it is issued. No method rules out every trick, and the page lists what a Passport can't confirm.

Yes. Tracking, verification, public pages and the Backtest replay are free, paid for by ads. Live Update costs $60 a year per account, removing ads costs $10 a month, and Strategy AI starts at $25 a month.

Connect the same broker account to Quantprove. Your trade history syncs into the journal, and your Passport starts its daily checks and Bitcoin seal from that day. You don't have to close your Myfxbook page while you switch.

Yes. Connect the same broker account to both. Your Myfxbook page stays as it is, and your Quantprove Passport adds the daily checks and the Bitcoin seal.

Yes. MetaTrader 4 accounts connect to Quantprove and sync into your journal. Verification on the Passport currently covers MetaTrader 5, Bybit and Hyperliquid.
