Frequently asked questions.

Quantprove does. Connect your MT5 account with its account number, server and investor password, and Quantprove reads your full history, then adds new trades on their own. It connects to 114 brokers, 13 exchanges and 61 prop firms in total, including MetaTrader 4 and cTrader.

Quantprove connects to 61 prop firms, and trades from your challenge or funded account sync into the journal like any other account. Each account keeps its own record. A Quantprove Passport keeps prop-firm accounts grey on Funds, because the money belongs to the firm.

Yes, Quantprove journals trades from a forex EA, an algo or a bot like any other trade. A rule files them under the right system by account, symbol or direction, and each strategy keeps its own record.

Quantprove can. Link your live trades to a system that has a backtest, and Validation checks if they still behave like the backtest. In the journal itself, the Deviation column shows how far each trade landed from its plan.

Quantprove’s MT5 sync is part of Pro, which costs $49 a month or $444 a year after a 14-day free trial. The free demo shows the full journal with sample data, but it can’t sync your own account.

Quantprove connects to MT5 with the investor password, the second password MetaTrader creates for sharing an account, and never asks for your master password. Keep the master password to yourself; no trading journal needs it.
